Measuring the misery
Medical experts in Europe have dealt with substance abuse on a variety of fronts. Part of their work is reflected in the chart below which compares various drugs and rates their effects regarding harm to others (light blue) and harm to the user (dark blue). The chart is based on a maximum harm rating index of 100.
