Information overload, shove it overboard!

There is a limit to one's capacity to handle the flood of information that is available. Even in the niche that we have carved out for addictionbattles.com, we find that there are some subjects that just don't work for us. While we encourage open-mindedness and fair consideration of differing ideas, there are some things that we just can't come to grips with. So, for the record, here are some items that we won't be likely to give attention to:

• Anything about Jane's Addiction
• Carrie's drinking and bathing (if you don't know, don't worry)
• Anything on 'My Strange Addiction' (not heard of it? don't bother)
• Research showing ice cream more addictive than cocaine (or anything else)
• Use of Heroin to reduce dependence on other drugs
• Anything analogous to using gasoline to extinguish fire (see previous)
