Reduce your stress....

Considerable comment has been made that stress leads to substance use and, even when it doesn't, it is seen as unhealthy. There are countless hints and ideas around for stress reduction. Here are a few, random ideas to help reduce your stress:

  • Laugh, enjoy or tell a funny story, laughter is often the best medicine
  • Avoid letting people stress you out; then build some good relationships
  • Play with a nice pet, these little critters are great for everyone
  • Get outside, exercise, walk, get fresh air; then get enough sleep
  • Accept that some things are beyond our control and won't change no matter what
  • Spring is near, think about starting a garden or flower bed
